Cart and orders

There are two ways to get paid: Telegram Stars through the platform — the money lands on the seller’s balance and can be withdrawn after a week on hold — or directly from the buyer in cash or by transfer, with the platform staying out of it.

Do I need my own bot?
For a full shop — yes, and that is a good thing: the bot is yours, the audience is yours, you pay nobody for traffic. It takes a minute at @BotFather, we set up the rest. Without a bot the storefront still works by direct link.
Where are products and orders stored?
On our servers. The bot token is stored encrypted and is only used to show the storefront in your bot and send order notifications.
How do I take payments?
With Telegram Stars through the platform — the money goes to your balance and is withdrawn after a week on hold. Or directly: cash on delivery or a bank transfer to your details.
How many shops can I create?
Start gives one shop and up to 50 products, Pro gives five shops with unlimited products, Business is unlimited.
What if I already have a website?
